Job Description

• An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects deliverables.

• Applies good knowledge of engineering theories and principles of relevant discipline.

• Shows strong technical knowledge of discipline area of specialty such as equipment types, engineering software & calculation to be able to review design, engineering deliverables and equipment supplier evaluation.

• Displays basic understanding of engineering codes and standards, best practices and applicable national and international regulations in relevant discipline to be able to apply the standards and regulations.

• Shows good knowledge of the role within applicable work processes and procedures at all project stages such gating, design review, ITB, vendor approval, technical queries and technical assurance audits.

• Knows good knowledge of engineering, value engineering, other applicable value improvement processes and best practices relevant to discipline area of specialty. Shows basic understanding of design requirements for plant operation, safety, reliability and maintenance in order to participate in the optimization process.

• Shows strong understanding of overall sustainability program and KPI’s such as energy efficiency, GHG reduction, water conservation and waste reduction.

• Understand how to contribute to the achievement of the sustainability KPI’s.

• Carryout Engineering Calculations e.g. sizing, capacity etc.

• Strong ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings.

Min. 7 years of engineering & Design profession, in Oil/Gas & Petrochemical Industry
BS Degree in Discipline Engineering (Instrument/Electrical/Mechanical)
