ï‚· Relevant Piping stress analysis software
certification
ï‚· 10 years of Experience in Petrochemical
industry Piping design
ï‚· Practical experience in performing stress analysis.
ï‚· Experience with using AUTOCAD, Ceaser, ANSYS etc.,
ï‚· Knowledge of codes and standards (E.g., API, ASME NACE, NFPA, etc.)
ï‚· Responsible for piping design, plant layout, piping stress concepts and general
requirements from construction, maintenance, and operability point of view.
ï‚· Develop new and revise existing engineering deliverables.
ï‚· Revise and check engineering deliverables against company procedures,
standards, and checklists.
ï‚· Conduct and receive trainings related to job as required.
ï‚· Planning and completion of work within allocated time effectively and plan work to
avoid slippage.
ï‚· Interfaces, coordinates and communicate effectively with the Project and other
team members.
ï‚· Coordinates with all disciplines in the preparation and development of the
deliverables and ensure that other disciplines input are incorporated.
ï‚· Go for site visits and verify site conditions and markup drawings/perform as-built
activities.
ï‚· Manage deliverables submission with required quality checks and proper
management of record.
ï‚· Technical report writing and preparation of presentations.
ï‚· Full knowledge of Sabic and Royal commission standards.
ï‚· Technical bid evaluation, Vendor document review and subcontract scope
management
