Job Description
9 Years work experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in Manufacturing plant preferred steel Industry. Supervise workers and subcontractors. Assist the project manager to plan and implement the work. Submit a daily report to the project manager of the completed works during the day, also the requirements and plans for the following days. Overseeing, managing, and coordinating construction activities to ensure quality and accuracy. Ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and timelines. Has the ability to monitor the works during implementation the micro plan by ensuring the Compliance to SAFETY requirement. Ensure mobilization for all contractors done as per agreed Micro plan. Ensure all agreed resources & training requirement done for all contractor as per original plan
