My vast Experience as Senior Manager (Mechanical Workshop & Utilities) with Khyber Industries Pvt. Ltd., Tulpoh Khunomoh, Srinagar, Kashmir (Cement Division).

• Merit of reducing Power & Fuel consumption by taking Pre-Grinding measures
• Successfully created inventory list and technical specifications of process instruments, resulting in successful implementation of Hydraulic Roller Press, ERP within a short period.
• Pivotal in managing the time and budget for up gradation of Crusher, Raw Mill, Pyro, Cement Grinding System and installation of New Pre Grinding Systems in Cement Mill(Hydraulic Roller Press)
• Achievement oriented professional with excellent people management skills and capability to manage change with ease
