Job Description
Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Six (6) years of direct experience as Casting Discharge Operator in Big Steel Plant. Must be familiar for operation and control of Casting Discharge Operation. Must be familiar for Operation of withdrawal unit, torch cutting machine, runout roller table, dummy bar feeding, cross transfer table (pusher and lifting beams), inspection roller table, cooling bed and discharge roller table. Observation and report any defective bars such as waviness, rhomboidity, bends. Must be familiar operation and setting up of torch cutting machine, selecting correct cutting length and monitoring consistency of billet length and cutting shape. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years.
