Job Description
Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Seven (6) years of direct experience as Casting Strand Operator in Big Steel Plant. Must be familiar for operation and control of Casting Strand Operation. Must be familiar for Mold Changing, tundish preparation and preheating, launder preparation, tundish transfers from and to casting position, spray headers checking, rectifying misalignments. Carrying out the casting operations such as receiving ladle, fixing slide gate cylinder, putting ladle over the tundish, fixing ladle shroud, monitoring tundish level. Removal of breakout billets and clearing the billets in case of billet stuck up. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years.
