Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree holder in Electrical or mechanical engineering – • Develop and oversee maintenance programs for heavy vehicles, including regular inspections, repairs and other forms of preventative maintenance. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles. • Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, including mechanics, technicians and other support staff. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for parts, tools, and other equipment. • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators related to maintenance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly. • Develop and manage maintenance budgets and capital expenditures. • Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication, problem solving and decision making
• Reporting to the Operations Director for the day-to-day planning and managing of facilities. • Direct staff and oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies. • Maintaining customer satisfaction as per set targets. • To ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in line with the mission statement and values.
Gulf experience in Reputed Contracting company will be preferred. Age below 50
