A Note to Employers
To ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, we require the following documents from the employer, in accordance with statutory requirements and government regulations:
1. Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney from the employer, authorizing Mathew International to advertise, recruit, and deploy personnel on their behalf.
2. Demand Letter
A Demand Letter detailing the number of personnel required, salary, perks, contract duration, and other relevant terms.
3. Sample Contract Agreement
A “”Sample”” Contract Agreement between the employer and the employee (to be recruited by Mathew International).
Note: For Kuwait, all documents must be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Embassy in Kuwait.
For other countries, this attestation is not required.
